> Amazon Enters the MP3 Market (04.12.2008)

Amazon the book store has finally entered the MP3 market in the UK. This is great for people unwilling or unable to use Apple’s iTunes such as myself. I’m unable to use it as I choose to use Ubuntu and Apple chooses not to built iTunes for Linux however Amazon are leading the way and supporting all major operating systems out of the box (too bad there is no native 64 bit installer…. luckily the 32 bit one works fine if you know how! ;-) ).

The prices are cheaper than iTunes and there is no DRM anywhere in sight. This a good thing. As soon as some money comes my way I plan to use the Amazon MP3 download service until the cows come home and I suggest you all do the same! CDs are dead, long live the MP3 (technically MP3′s are old and should be replaced too but that is for another blog post!)

Hmmm… but you still need credit card, i don't know why but we mexican don't truts to give your credit card number to online stores… I think that system wouldn't work here.

So how do you buy anything online? All online stores need credit card details. It all depends on how well known and trusted the store is. Amazon is very well known and trusted. I have ordered many things from them….

Hmmm simple… Stores have these online orders: credit card and pay in bank or pay in delivery (both in cash)… I've used pay in bank and I've always got my books. In my case, is the best, because i got two or three days to pay.
